I have already tweeted the Devs but if you are a CFM person like me please join in to let them know and maybe we will finally get this age old problem fixed.
For those who are not aware, in play now you can set players to sub in after a certain level of fatigue sets in. If you set it for In 90 out 80, depending on the fatigue slider, you may only get 3-4 runs in per back or routes per reciever. This slider is especially significant for those who would like to run RBBC or defensive line convoys. However, no matter what you do in CFM players will only go out once they hit "the red" which represents less than 50% fatigue. The only way to get players to sub in or out quicker is to raise or lower the fatigue slider. This was a problem on last gen and last years game and has been one for probably a decade. Let's see if we can do something to get it fixed.
