Tuning Data Update error?

Hey just tried playing and it says there a new tuning update but when I try to download it I get an error. Any suggestions?

Man, same here, I can't even get a game started at all...not in any mode. I'm stuck trying to download the latest roster update in which I already have.

I just decided not to try and download the tuner and so far it's letting me play the game.

Same thing. I didn't have my pre load completely loaded last night, and couldn't play, now I was excited to start, and this happens. It's like this game doesn't want me to play it.
