Oh true, the '06 Heat would have been much cooler in my opinion.

Really was getting my hopes up for that '06 team, our 15 Strong team. I'd settle for this though, at least we have a Heat team in.

Worth noting: Ray Allen, Rashard Lewis, and Shane Battier already retired.

Ray Allen was on both of these teams (which seems key for them being announced simultaneous), and is likely not in the free agent pool.

Truth be told, I would have been happier had it been the 2006 Heat with White Chocolate, G.P., Zo, Flash, Shaq, etc.

I probably won't even really play with the '12 - '13 Heat cause it's not fun.

Boring second selection, I didn't realize three years is now considered "classic." So many better options to go with. Could have even gone with the 05 Heat

I guess my idea of a "classic" team is very different from 2k's. How is a team that is barely 2 seasons old considered a "classic".

So far these additions are extremely lackluster. I know licensing plays a role but give us some more 90's and earlier teams.

Hopefully they at least focused on the already terrible next gen classics as others mentioned in other threads. If not, this whole mode will be a huge whiff.

The Celtics team I can dig......12-13' heat is a wasted slot in my opinion should have gone with 05-06 heat if they was goin with heat or at least a heat team with Zo and Tim Hardaway....bad pick there

The '13 Heat are a classic but the team is too recent, they should be put on future 2k titles but not now
