And isn't that a different game than 2k16, or do you somehow have legit body scanned version 's of everyone in that game.....oh wait you don't so it isn't the same

Ditto for James Posey, Sam Cassell, Eddie House, even Leon Powe...

The only reason KG didn't retire is he found a lottery team willing to overpay him 500%. He is a shell of his former self and I'm sure people would like to use a good version of him outside of MyTeam.

7 years is a very long time in the NBA.
If anything, the more recent the better, the older players look like cartoons since face/body scan wasnt around back then.

How did you forget the greatest player on that team? Brian Scalabrine also retired.

Judging from the teams that were in 2K15, and 2K's pattern of having teams that played within 2-3 years apart of each other. Along with the rumors of a deal with TNT (Barkley optimist), here is my best guess at who the remaining 4 teams could be:

1992-1993 Suns
2000-2001 Kings make a return
2003-2004 Lakers with Malone and Payton
2004-2005 Suns
2005-2006 Heat
2008-2009 Lakers

One classic team I'd like to see added is the 1975-1976 Champion Celtics with Dave Cowens, John Havlicek, Jo Jo White and Paul Silas.

My man i doubt they will have 2 laker teams from the 2000's if that is the case why not add the back-back teams

well alright then I guess body scans make a world of a difference huh? Plus both wade and LeBron are both thinner than they was in 2013 so it's going to be inaccurate either way.

The 05-06 one would have made sense. This one doesn't Bosh and LBJ are still in their primes.

It's a really really bad choice, but whatever I guess. I still have hope for my Wolves.

This team did win 27 games in row during the reg season. I do prefer the '05-'06 Heat, but I'll take it.

Unfortunately I have a feeling the last 4 will be post 2000 as well. But I get it...the target market are guys who consider a 2005 team to be a retro team. At 40, all these 2000 era teams feel too new to me..lol. But then again, back in 1990 a team from 1975 was an oldie in my mind so I guess it's all about perspective.

Definitely ecstatic to see one of the throwback Heat teams as a Heat fan but I would've rather them put in the '06 Heat team:

- First championship in franchise history
- Young D-Wade was the best player in the world in 2006, IMO (of course since some ppl might get butthurt)
- Shaq/Zo/Payton/J-Will/Walker/Posey
- Pat Riley was a G




Overall, still happy with the 2012-13 team. Imo, thought the '12 team was better, though.

I assume that even if a player is scanned that the player model can still be altered in some ways, because there was a few scanned players in 2K15 who's appearances were altered through roster updates in some way during the season (Kyrie Irving and LeBron James being good examples. With that being said, I assume that they could make small alterations to the current scanned models of LeBron, Wade and Bosh. For example, alter the facial hair slightly to a more stubble beard for LeBron and remove the shoulder blade Akron Est 1984 tattoos and add a headband. For Wade just bulk up his model a little and change his accessories and the 2013 Li Ning shoes. For Bosh his player model would be very similar just different accessories and his Hyperposite shoes.
