The team has also made some improvements to the economic landscape of the marketplace, which include:

• Reintroducing Limited Time Equipment: "Stars and Stripes" and "Camo" equipment will be back in circulation for an indefinite amount of time. We always wanted to bring it back sometime, so why not now? Lots of limited time equipment was stock piled on troll accounts that have been banned, so we need more back in circulation anyway.
  
• Cap on Stub Balance and Order Amount: We are setting a Stub Balance Cap at 10 million Stubs. If you had played 24 hours a day since the game launched you still would not have even a tenth of this cap. We are also reducing anyone with over 10 million Stubs to 10 million. This will put a ceiling on the negative affect any one troll could have on the marketplace and it only affects about .01% (1% of 1%) of users. The few affected will get a super awesome package of packs. We also have placed a cap on the max transaction amount to prevent outrageous orders that have no business being on the marketplace.
  
• Buy-Order Reset: In order to properly apply the Stub Balance Cap mentioned above, we have reset all Buy-Orders on the marketplace, returning posted Stubs to their owners.
  
• Marketplace Caps: transactions cannot exceed 500k Stubs. This happened a few days ago.

Never played online and probably never will. But I am so glad to see this. I just want to collect the cards and equipment. I do play RTTS so having a chance at equipment that I never had a chance to get and don't want to pay 250 million for.

So has anybody affected by this cap received the super amount of packs? How many were there and are they limited packs?

I ask because I had over 32 million and did not receive any extra packs.

I got one of each pack. Of course, I had to pay 350 million for them.

Anyhow, I got Yogi Berra, Posey, Kershaw, Trout, Harper, a bunch of golds and camo equipment. Nice pulls, but I already have multiples of all of them.

Anyhow, there was nothing to spend the stubs on anyway. I had only two more stars and stripes items to get so, I was trying to get as many stubs as possible by selling duplicate stars and stripes. In the end, it didn't matter. Even though I got knocked down to 10 million, I completed my set for 1 million.

Works out better for me. If it stayed the way it was before, each items of stars and stripes would have cost 1 billion. So, I would have needed 2 billion to complete my set - basically something that wasn't going to happen.

So, for everyone, I think the corrections did a lot of good.

I didn't get it in my free pack but I opened up some standard packs and got a Stars and Stripes Wilson glove.

I pulled a Michael Brantley. Also the part about if you played this game for 24 hours everyday you wouldn't even have 1 million stubs. Well i am sure there are plenty of people who have earned a million stubs in this game just by flipping cards. I know i did and others on here too
