Play Now in game settings locked, depth chart, etc, help please

I searched and couldn't fine anything on this, I have the retail disk for PS4, started a play now game with Broncos and Chargers, and when I go to pause all the tiles in the menu are locked, depth chart, settings, replay, challenge, etc. I want to adjust some settings, and its locked. can someone help me with this? Is there an actual button press to pause the game? I keep using the PlayStation button and then coming back in. Thanks, Rufus

I use the options button, and they are all locked, depth chart, settings, replay, challenge all have padlocked, resume and stats are not locked, this is frustrating since I cant change anything to see how I want to set the game up, I'm getting in game hints to turn things off in settings but its locked. Someone please help. What's going on here?
