What's up, Maddenites!? That time of year again when a sports game drops and my OCD takes over and forces me to do another one of these projects. I've done roster projects for previous Madden titles, NBA 2K titles, as well as MLB The Show titles. Roster editing is what I do I guess. I enjoy it nearly as much as the game!

But enough about me and more about the roster. Here is what is/will be covered in this project:

- Updated transactions (according to multiple sites)
- Updated jersey numbers (according to Ourlads)
- Updated positions (according to Ourlads)
- Updated depth charts (according to Ourlads)
- Updated equipment (according to Getty Images)
- Updated ratings (according to fellow OS user Mizzou24)
- Updated contracts (according to Spotrac)

Essentially, this roster covers everything. I just hope others enjoy this roster as much as I enjoy making it.

There is no definite ETA on these. I work 40-48 hours a week on top of being a full-time college student, but I will make enough time to have these released in the next week or so. Equipment, Contracts, and Ratings will be handled after the 53-man rosters are finalized, but everything else will be included immediately.

Keep in mind! This roster is in BETA! Every transaction has been added as of August 28th @ 1:30am CST, but depth charts, position changes, and jersey numbers haven't been completed yet. The only teams that are 100% finished are the Bears, Bengals, and Bills.

NO RATINGS HAVE BEEN TOUCHED FOR THE COMPLETED TEAMS.

Have to go to work, guys. Will be home around 10:30pm CST and plan on hammering out a few more teams. I'm off Sunday and Monday, so I'm pushing for a release date around there.

Quick question... Will you be creating players that make 53 man rosters but aren't in the game? Example, Rex Grossman for Falcons... I don't remember if he's in the game but I bet EA will include him in Opening Weekend roster update.

Didn't get a chance to edit last night, but I got some teams in this morning before work. Here's the log:

Dolphins, Eagles, Falcons, 49ers, and Giants are done.

Got some editing in right as I got home (fiancee was out to dinner with her friends).

Jaguars, Jets, Lions, and Packers are done.

I plan to knockout a few more teams after the fiancee goes to bed. Then knockout the rest tomorrow for a release and I can FINALLY play this game! I've been dying to jump into some games. Haha

Little update on how the editing is going. I've gotten to the Redskins and am not stopping until all teams are finished. So be expecting a release in the next few hours. The roster looks great! I'm very happy with the 14 hours of work I've put into it already.

Yeah unfortunately that's happening to some people, but not all. Hopefully they patch it soon so everyone can enjoy this roster.

I've read EA is updating generic face guys to look more like themselves in roster updates... I'm assuming you won't be starting all this work over?
