NFL Players by College Roster Project [PS4]

Hello all!

I recently started putting together a roster with all the players from one college on to one team to play against a couple of friends with our favorite schools.. I.e. Falcons have all UGA players such as Gurley, Green, Stafford etc...

I have only done 2 teams so far, but wanted to see if there would be any interest in me filling out the roster entirely with these. I don't mind doing so, but definitely don't want to waste a bunch of time if we are really the only ones who may get enjoyment out of this.

I think I will be able to get 15 schools and then fill the rest out with other college themed teams.

So far I think I can get the following (Phase I):
Alabama- done-- Redskins
Auburn- done-- Bears
Clemson-done-- Browns
Florida- done-- Jaguars
Florida State-done-- Buccaneers
Georgia- done-- Falcons
LSU- done-- Ravens
Miami (FL)- done-- Dolphins
Notre Dame- done-- Packers
Ohio State -done-- Cardinals
Oklahoma- done-- Chiefs
Oregon- done-- Eagles
Texas- done-- Cowboys
USC- done-- 49ers

As far as the other teams, I'm thinking (Phase II):
Michigan and Michigan State team
Texas schools team
Arizona and Arizona State team
Carolina's schools team
ACC team
Big 10 team
Big 12 team
Pac 12 team
American Conf. Team
SEC team

That's all I have so far. If you have any more suggestions as to teams, think this is a good idea or think this is a bad idea, I'd love to hear from you!

Cool idea....you should also consider a small school (FCS and lower) team.

Update: I will be moving forward with the colleges! I got 2 (Florida and FSU) teams done today. I should be able to get 2 done a day for a while. I'll get Clemson done tomorrow and probably Alabama.

This is a great idea! I have had a very similar idea, basically to spread the NFL teams out as evenly as possible and fill the rosters with players from nearby colleges. The only exceptions are markets with more than 1 NFL team. What I have done is taken those area(NY, DC, Bay area) and assign those teams to areas with a large number players from that areas colleges. It will not be totally even but I have spread it out as close as possible. Below are the teams:

How about a Hawaii/Polynesian team?

Only a handful of University of Hawaii players on the game but could fill it up with Hawaiian/Polynesian born players like Mariota, and also include other Pacific players like Jarryd Hayne (Australia) and Paul Lasike (New Zealand).

Only a handful of University of Hawaii players on the game but could fill it up with Hawaiian/Polynesian born players like Mariota, and also include other Pacific players like Jarryd Hayne (Australia) and Paul Lasike (New Zealand).

That would be a cool project, but it would need to be separate from the one I'm currently doing since you'd be pulling in multiple players from different colleges. Mariota is too tied to Oregon to break it off.

I appreciate that! However I have moved a lot of players around and I have notes on where they're all at so it may just be easier to fly solo on this one.
