Granted, I haven't played Madden for a few years, so this may have been there. The CPU receiver ran out of the back of the end zone, then came back onto the field and caught a pass and got flagged for illegal touching.Comment

Here are a few things I've noticed in my few games:
-Mario Williams has his red contact lenses that he started using last year (I posted a comparison in the Photography/Videography Thread for reference).
-Peyton Manning throws a TD pass in Franchise. The stat bubble lists his career TD's and that he holds the NFL record for career passing TD's before he celebrates with his teammates. Commentary also acknowledges that he's passed Brett Favre (although he already did this some time ago).
-A rookie's first touchdown in Franchise gets highlighted by the commentary team. I had a TD pass with Mariota and a TD reception with Amari Cooper and Simms highlighted both as being their first-ever NFL touchdown(s).
-IMO Larry Ridley's halftime show is excellent audio-wise. I've heard a lot of different phrases being used, as well as a ton of last names in his database (was not expecting to hear obscure player names like Hanna and Demps after touchdowns). I only wish the visuals were as interesting as the audio and that we had a post-game show with actual analysis.
-New stadium sounds. "First Call" (a.k.a. the bugle call also heard at horse races) plays whenever the Jets offense takes the field. Ralph Wilson Stadium's train horn plays on third downs when the Bills are on defense. Some team fight songs that were in previous games are back (The Bills' "Shout" for instance, which was mysteriously missing in M15). The diverse stadium experience is definitely getting there.
-Has anyone ever noticed that the crowd's jerseys reflect the best players on your current team's roster? This started last year. In previous games, the fans would only wear jerseys from the default roster and the most popular players in real life. Instead, fans' jerseys change based on your highest-rated players in any mode. I think this is a nice, immersive thing that many people overlook.

Good and bad punts are actually acknowledged in the commentary this year.

I think having the EA Trax back is probably the biggest improvement in M16 outside of the gameplay and presentation. The soundtrack is awesome and has great variety (from Hip-hop/Rap to Country to Rock and Pop).
Also, shoutout to Kane on improving the uniforms as they look amazing this year especially now with the much needed improvement in lighting.Comment

I love that they finally added player specific Ball Carrying styles. I've been asking for that for years! Now they just have to add Signature Animation packages ala NBA 2K so that every player is not pulling off the same moves especially RB's.Comment
