A few things I've noticed is Adrian Peterson should not be wearing Nike cleats (they dropped him during the whole child abuse saga). Give him the same ones RGIII and Jimmy Graham wear. JJ Watt should wear the same generic cleats as Phillip Rivers. He signed with Reebok not too long ago. Jamaal Charles wears Under Armour cleats and so does Antonio Gates.

Don't know how they can get a little detail in like Mario Williams having red contacts in, but they can't put tattoos on Rey Maualuga.

Because Rey Maualuga hasn't gone to the artist of said tats and get his/her permission to be used in the game.

I just wish they could get the legends to look like themselves. :/

I don't understand how this is an issue on Madden and not NBA 2K or NBA Live. I don't really care about tattoos personally, but if only two players have them then none should. They stick out like a sore thumb.

Its a requirement the NFL has, that the NBA does not. Basically the NFL doesnt want to be sued by tattoo artists, so they require the player that wants their tats in game to have the tat artist sign a release form allowing their artwork to be used.

I get that the NFL doesn't want the hassle with tat artists but wouldn't you think that the tat artists would want the exposure of they're own work?? Makes sense to me. Hell i have tattoos and if i ever saw a sick tat in game and knew who did it I'd definitely look into that artists work for the future. Idk thats just MO.
