    JRFM Roster Update

    Roster Name: JRFM 2016 2.0
    User: Jros22

Guys, i decided to upload the roster with my speed ratings edits (Link is at the bottom), the base roster is RIDIN's OSFM weekly update.

I don't pretend to take credit for all the work the OSFM guys put in, all the credit to them for the hundreds of hour they invested on the Full Minors creation, i just wanted to make my own contributions to this great project, i made some edits to Rookies and SCEA players that i felt are out-producing their SCEA attributes and imported some CAPS but for the most part did not change the SCEA ratings.

This is the scale used for the offensive attributes changes:

    ROSTER CHANGES:

    In JRFM 2016 1.0

•Updated Speed Rating of some MLB and MILB players
•Updated equipment of some MLB and MiLB players
    •Updated transactions
    •40 Man Roster (In progress)
    •SCEA weekly ratings update
    •Lineup/rotation changes
    •Re-rated potentials
•Updated stances and wind-ups, i took the time to watch videos of the players that i felt needed a better stance and compared it with the player in the game as shown below:

    Carlos Correa

    Brian McCann

    Francisco Lindor

    George Springer

    And many more stances...

Search by most recent and should be between the 9-10 pages.

That image that you have in the first post, is there a calculator that goes with it ? I know a few years back there was a very very easy calculator for the computer illiterate such as myself that would allow you to take a stat line from BBRef for example and enter it in and it would spit out a suggested rating for each stat in the show. I ask because it looked very similar and I have not been able to find it anywhere.

Anyway Im loving the roster, thanks for the hard work

I remember someone posted a calculator and another one a doc with a similar formula and i had them saved in my computer but i lost all my data, that image is the only one that i have at the moment. I think you can find one called OOTP and another called Jimbo's calculator but I don't know how good they are, i like the one i posted for the offensive attributes, i use scouting reports and videos for speed and defensive attributes because those are abilities that shouldn't be measured by numbers.

                      Re: JRFM Roster Update

I'm a new member of the PS4 and The Show club and will give these rosters a test. Didn't get '15 until Christmas but I plan to make the most of the rosters anyway. I can't seem to get accurate 40-man rosters to start a franchise and was wondering if it's best to go 1 team instead of 30 as a new Playstation and Show guy. I plan on simulation through first season with these rosters to get to 2016 and want to make sure it's correct in setup to avoid a mess. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

Awesome roster!! How do you feel about Giancarlo Stanton's default stance? It bugs me a little bit because it seams he stands a little too upright. Vet 64, Vet 79, vet 88, Miguel Cabrera, Pedro ciriaco, Jonathan Lucroy, Brian McCann and Salvador Perez all seem like better options. At least they all caught my eye when scanning through the list. You seem to have this down. You think the default Stanton is the best?

Stanton's default isn't accurate but there's not a Stance that mimics everything he does, i like Rymer Liriano's and Perez stance, both stands similar but none of them has the correct leg kick and Stanton's default does, if you are decided to changed it i would go with Liriano's because stands similar and the bat movement is better than Perez even tho the follow through is 1 handed instead of 2 handed, last year i used Brendan Ryan's for him but SCEA changed it.
