Game Stop Expo Hands-on. Ask me questions!

Ok guys as requested I moved this to a new thread.

Like I mentioned I was not able to play a lot but I was able to get a good amount of feedback off it. Shoot any questions you have and I will try to answer them. I have been a hardcore 2k gamer for years so I believe I can speak for many of us.

    Shoot!

How feels the gameplay ?! Is that a 2k16 for you or a 2k15.5 with some new animation ? How was the crowd ? I know it was just a demo and mabye a older build but could you see improvement ?

        It definitely does!

From the controllers down to the small details. Many of the small detailed things mentioned in the blogs ARE present. I can say that the player details are really good. They look and feel like their real life counterpart.

          How did defense feel?

When you say zig zagging didn't work, were defenders being rewarded for positioning and stonewalling the dribbler? riding them out of position?

Yes, players will cut you off, bump or even strip. I tried to go left, right, left with Curry twice. First time Irving was able to keep bump me out of balance and get a loose ball. Second try I was able to pull up for a 3 and missed badly.I spoke to one of the guys who told me he tried to zig zag with Kyrie and he lost the ball.

Did you feel better physics than past years? One of my least favorite things about 2k is how much clipping and warping goes on in games.

Did you notice a speed difference between players ?
Big men still keep up with guards on the fastbreak ?

How was the crowd noise? Do they react appropriately?

Stadium lighting? Every stadium last year was lit up like MSG and Staples center....

How do you like the passing?

Does each player feel different? Like, do you get a different feeling playing as Curry then you do with Klay or Draymond?
How's the post play? Do undersized players see a disadvantage in the post?

Have u felt the control of the player more responsive or are they still engaged in animations too often? Thanx!

Do bigs feel like bigs on both ends of the floor?

Meaning that on offense, they use more moves outside of the standard fadeaway that 2k has had them use in the past few iterations.

And on defense they actually protect the rim.

This is all in respect to the cpu. Thanks in advance.

Passing has been improved. Ball seems to move faster than 2k15.It is easier to get the ball in and out of the post.

I attempted and alley oop and it felt the same as in 2k15 and I didn't like them last year.

As they mentioned, passing controls are different. I read some people worried about using A/X because the description said it would use the best pass available but I didn't get a bad pass out of it. It's easier to move the ball around and while LeBron was able to knock a few balls off the passing lane it didn't feel like it was because of a broken pass system.

                              Last question from me lol

Did those tipped passes and block shots end up in the offenses hand to often ? It's ok if you didn't pay attention
