    Definitely going to move my pass reaction sliders down to something closer to default. I've thrown a couple of picks that animated very poorly. Unrealistic change of direction warp picks.

    Both aggressive catch attempts made by me were broken up. One was in a one on one situation where the DB broke up the pass as Jordy Nelson was pulling it down. The other Cobb got blasted as the safety came in over the top. Loved how the 2 deep safety got there.

    All of the deep shots the cpu tried were all inaccurate so no aggressive catches attempted.

        Haven't had a chance to play yet. Just 2 questions for anyone that can answer.....

        Have the one handed catches been toned down?

        A little off topic but does anyone know when the next roster update will be out? The reason I ask is that I know Rex said not only could they adjust things with tuner updates, but they could also adjust traits with ratings to further tune the catching success rate. I would assume they would release it after the final cuts are made but just curious.

                    Okay, the head to head Giants vs Redskins only have one deep ball completed. Seemed good this game. Defense reacted nicely compared to my previous game.

                      On all madden, A.J Green would catch about 20% in a GOOD 1 on 2 situation, and about 40 in a GOOD 1 on 1..

                      Now if A.J Green gets God positioning ( That's dependant on skill and the user in madden) and gets a good jump he honestly will probably catch close to 50%.

                      So I don't see what was wrong. Yeah draft champions played a little different but I'm worried..

                      Before any gameplay even came out... That's when the OP thread started about aggressive catch being OP. They literally watched a couple quick clips and assumed it op.

                      I LOVE that for ONCE being a great receiver matters, being a great Cb matters too. You can rely on big-time receivers as long as you get them the ball in the right place.. But pass into double coverage and you will normally drop..

                      I just hope they didn't under power it..

                          I´m glad they tune this down. It was a bit OP to me. I will give a practice today.

                            Ya see this is where I think EA misunderstood the complaints. We like that you can go get the ball and defend it we just hate every guy in the league being able to pull off 1 hand miraculous catches 4-5x a game. We want sim and realistic outcomes not cheesy ones. It wasn't that it's too easy because I think it was balanced well before tuner. Ugh!

                              You should go and listen to the interview someone posted a few days ago. Rex explained what he saw that didn´t like.
                              Basically he noticed that any person, was able to give a decent battle by just throwing 4 deeps passes and doing the aggressive catch, and he said, that is not football. You shouln´t be able to win by doing all the time that, and that you should get penalize (risk/reward) by doing that.

                              I agree with him. Even teams with elite WR don´t throw bomb after bomb all day long. If the win ration would be 40%, they would do it constantly.

                                Once I catch one or two my guy starts to get double teamed and I start completing like 20% of my passes

                                It's not op.wasn't op. And it better not be under powered now
