After playing over a dozen games in CFM and Play now, I think that the CPU running game needs a bit of a boost. The raiders should t be holding AP to 60 yards for the game. You've got the QB down and WR too. The good ones make more catches in traffic and with contact. I'm not sure if you give CPU run blocking a boost or if you dumb down human defense a bit.

I'm also going to try raising fg power for both and lowering fg accuracy. Not seeing any misses, but seeing kickers being short from 48-52 yards. And they aren't short from there.
