Yeah. Smooth dribbling animation there. Just don't like the collision with Bosh there. WTF, idk if you have a different build with you but how is the rookie scan this year?

Unfortunately the Rookie scans weren't implemented while I was down. They're all included in the Day 1 patch. I'm assuming that they're going to be on point though. All of the more recent scans of superstars that were done late in the season were stellar. The scanning/graphic artists are really getting the scanning process down, and it shows.

The driving animation is pretty hard to stop, hopefully they tweak it

You can tweak it in the sliders, both for CPU and user.

But also, try holding circle if you're on defense and on the guys hip. It draws a 2nd defender in and "engages" the other defender, often causing them to miss.

Also, double tap up on the direction pad to "Pack the Paint". You'll find them more often settling for other shots, as your defense is packed in.

I've seen many gameplay videos of this years game. I even downloaded the Demo but only played it for a few mins. I don't see many post moves or defense being played. All I see are a bunch of open 3s being launched & the opening tip always directly going to the PG.

It looks and plays much much better than last years game but I hope a few patches can add different elements to the gameplay.

I noticed they aren't doing any coach stuff though, like "guard perimeter" pack paint, zone, etc. Dragic was getting too many easy ones, but if you "Pack paint" I guarantee it would put a stop to that.
