Super Sim defense OP
Im around 9 games into my CFM and I found out that simming your defensive plays is way to powerfull. I used yankees028 Expansion team guide to create an expansion team so they are supposed to be really bad. But right now i'm 7-2 because my defense is ranked 2th in Total yards and T1 in least points allowed. Even though it's always nice to have a good defense it's just not realistic. Does anyone know how to fix this?Tags: None -

There is no fix for this. SuperSim has been completely broken since Madden 13. It has multiple issues:
- Simulated stats don't align with simulation engine used "outside a played game", as in, simulating games in CFM without playing them.
- SuperSim doesn't take into account a running clock. The only time taken off the clock is the time used during a play.
Those two issues above make playing as a player only a broken experience. Also, if you want to only play offense, which I used to do prior to M13 to cut my games in half, you can't due to the issues you listed. -

Ah man, that really sucks. Kinda kills the entire CFM Experiance for me. I always wondered why it is so extremely difficult to get simulated stats to be realistic (Both super sim and simming the entire game). Every year there is at least one thing wrong. M25 always had terrible terrible qb statistics where every QB lower than 80 OVR would complete somewhere between 30-45 percent of his passes and throw a sh*tload of interceptions. In Madden 15 RB's would get way to much yards and in NCAA Football 14 QB's also sucked, only having a handful with a completion percentage over 55 percent and throwing at least 1400 yards less than they would in real life.
However, given that I know nothing about making a video game and therefore don't know what goes into making a sim engine I cannot really get angry. But it is really frustrating having all these issues time and time again.Comment
