I have been following this thread and can't wait to use these. I play a strange way where, over the course of two seasons, I trade away every single "real player" and only allow fictional players on my team. So for the first two seasons I just sim to get through to the draft. I have made it to the preseason of season 3 and my team is now exclusively rooks and second year players, so I am ready to start playing out games!!

Third season almost always sucks horribly, because my team is terrible. With these sliders I actually HOPE I will do poorly, because the talent level says I should.

Funny anecdote: I just drafted my QB of the future last night in the 1st round. 82 OVR strong arm guy. In the fifth I took a another QB who my scouts said was a mid 5th talent, figuring he could be my backup. Only when I picked him, it said he was the 9th best talent in the whole draft! 81 OVR!! So now I have a QB controversy on my hands! Will be a blast to play with them both and see who does better!!!
