Problem is, this is very poor game design if you have to be good at the game and/or play with specific settings for the game to be good.
For example, I'll readily admit that I'm no expert at PES. But what, I have to get good at the game first before I can enjoy it?
And because I'm not very good at it, I can't handle playing with manual passing settings like everyone claims you gotta do to make the game play well. I suck at manual, and regardless I don't enjoy playing with manual passing to begin with, but that shouldn't be a requirement to begin with if the game is well balanced and properly designed.
In FIFA, or pretty much any other game out there, I can enjoy the game right out of the box, and then as I gain experience with it and improve, I can increase the difficulty and change settings to my preference, and continue to enjoy the game.
But what, PES is some type of special case where you must play with specific settings and be proficient at the game to enjoy it? And if you're not proficient, or you play with default settings, your opinions are invalid?
