I posted this in another thread, but it still is mind boggling how Xbox One users do not know this yet. A little known tip for Xbox users is that you can change your region to somewhere else and actually access that region's marketplace. So what myself and many other people do is change it to Hong Kong. They are 12 hours ahead of the US. Then once it hits 12am in Hong Kong, people who bought it from their marketplace will have access to it by noon Thursday.

Edit: The price says $468 but that's not the US dollar. It's the Hong Kong dollar. $468 HK turns out to by $60.39.
If you already bought it from the US Marketplace, simply changing your region to Hong Kong will not unlock the game early. You must buy it from that marketplace. As soon as you buy it you can change your region back to US. It affects nothing.
It's really as easy as:
1. Change region to Hong Kong.
2. Buy game from Microsoft's Hong Kong Marketplace.
3. Change region back to US.
4. Play at noon on Thursday.
5. Profit?
