Showcase mode

I love the showcase modes! I'm really excited for the austin showcase, i noticed on the 2k forums the showcase mode gets a mixed reaction. I loved the attitude era and wrestlemania showcase. Last years were a little lackluster but cena vs punk was still a lot of fun.

Anyways my question is how does everyone feel about the showcase mode, also any hope for specific future showcases? I would love a HBK showcase mode, covering the rockers era on(i know they would have to get Jannetty for that). I would also like to see a WCW showcase or an NXT showcase.

I personally love the historical ones. I saw the Cena V. Punk happen, I don't need to recap it. I love seeing stuff I have never seen before. I started watching in 2008 around December. and Never wanted to see the old PPVs

I would love a John Cena one where he is the doctor of Thugonomics or a Edge and Christian one. (but Jeff and Matt Hardy would need to be included for it which wont happen) Or a Chris Jericho one.

Yeah nothing more fun than replaying matches that we've seen or played 50 million times already and pretty much holds your hand throughout the matches.

But, yeah, WOOOO ATTITUDE ERA! BRING BACK HARDYS, STONE COLD, ROCK, LITA, TRISH, D-X. DROP PG KIDDIE SHOWS!

Yeah nothing more fun than replaying matches that we've seen or played 50 million times already and pretty much holds your hand throughout the matches.

I havent watched or played any match 50 million times, also no one said anything about bringing back the attitude era or dropping pg stuff so nice try with the sarcasm. I actually dont miss the attitude era as a whole but i do like playing the highlights from there.

I kinda chuckled at this comment because I'm the opposite with the Cena/Punk thing. I still love the historical ones but found the Cena/Punk one more interesting than I expected because I'd only seen bits and pieces of it before.

That's very reasonable. I'm also a but of a history buff so i love the historical part to it, But they should add at least one containing current guys. Maybe Orton? But I would go crazy for a Jericho one.
