Country farming then coaching their national team?
So, in this new FIFA one neat feature I think is having Canada back (as I'm Canadian). One possible long term goal is to have a 5 star scout in Canada at all times and farming a team of great Canadians, and creating a sort of "golden generation" then winning the world cup with them in 5 years or soTags: None -

I do this every year. I'll find one national team that I like and use my club scouts to go there. Keep the best products and sell off the rest quickly to let them develop.University of Louisville '18

Wow, I've never thought of doing this. That is actually a great idea, I'll definitely try it this year.Khalabeeb - Tony Henderson

I did this back in 14 with the USA. It was really useful for finding gems who became mainstays on the national squadComment

i did this in 14 with the USA...definitely felt a little like cheating
You could always target a few players then move your scouts so you don't get too stacked!Comment

Re: Country farming then coaching their national team?
I am also a Canadian and what you just said seems so interesting bro, but may I ask a few questions? I believe there is no Canada for scouting last year in fifa 15 and is there Canada for this year’s scouting option? Also, are those youths fake players? I remember last year’s fifa people complain about how these youths players don’t have stats and develop the position and style of themselves? Is this the case for this year? Thanks! So, in this new FIFA one neat feature I think is having Canada back (as I'm Canadian). Re: Country farming then coaching their national team?
something else I figured in order to make this not too cheaty.... I decided I'm going to send out my 3rd Canadian scout on a day that he's reporting alone. So what I'll do is keep reloading on saves and make sure he brings me back really awesome recruits. I won't keep the vast majority of them: let them ripen in the YA... then sell them all over the various clubs of the world so I dont have a team of stacked Canucks,
damn I am excited.Comment

YA isn't over powered like it has been in the past. In my sim test the best player I ever got was a 59. In 15, within the first two reports you would have a couple guys 65-70. That seems to have been removed.something else I figured in order to make this not too cheaty.... I decided I'm going to send out my 3rd Canadian scout on a day that he's reporting alone. as long as they have high potential thats ok. gotta start somewhere. most canadians in the game are mid 60s as 30 year oldsComment

I just mean you probably wont end up feeling like you are cheating the system this year. Because you wont be finding the next messi every 9 months.

ya but using the load/reload thing you can ensure you're always adding someone high quality. its a cheat but since its for the benefit of other clubs ill turn the other cheekComment
