No post backdown?

So maybe im missing something but I cant I figure out how to backdown in the post. I've looked through controls and even looked in tutorials and they dont even mention post moves it just shows dribbling and shooting. So has anyone else figured it out? By the way im on PS4 and sorry if this isn't the place to post this but I don't see a how to/tips type of thread.

Hold down L2 to post up. Then hold down R2 as you move towards the defender to forcibly back down.


That should do it.


They have a post moves and shots control thing in the "Controls" area of the Options in the game.

Thanks will try. Yea I looked under controls then post moves but unfortunately it doesn't list backdown/aggressive backdown.
