I can confirm this is a problem with 12 minutes on XBox One.

It should be relatively easy to patch. There's no reason I can think of why shaders wouldn't work at 12 minutes when they work at 6. It's probably some sort of one liner arithmetic bug in calculating when the sweat shaders should turn on.
