Yeah, they do. I moved the Raps to New Jersey, and I hear them say it every so often, even though by default it's called "East Rutherford" or whatever. They say every current NBA city names as well, like "Washington" or "Brooklyn". Basically, all the city names available in MyTeam are in the database.
Not sure about team names though.
