Not yet. I do know that I personally see no improvement in framerate or performance. I also get a black rectangle that takes up almost the entire screen for a few seconds when first starting a game. -

Might be a coincidence, but when I loaded up a play now game instead of the studio in the background I had a view of the stadium the game was being played in. Like the studio team was actually at the game. Looked different and cool. Also the studio guys were talking about it being opening day (which I assume it it isn't IRL)?
Letting a CPU game run while I watch baseball - will watch for any crashes and the halftime-postgame highlight issues. My game still runs smooth 60 FPS in gameplay with the in-game VSYNC on, same as pre-patch - I guess I'm in the minority there.Comment

In addition to that black rectangle I mentioned, I no longer get icons on screen when calling a play with LB, executing a dribble handoff with B, or a lead pass with Y. Ugh, this PC port...Comment

Most of the technical issues I've been experiencing are still present after one game. Screen wipes to either nothing or a reaction only after a foul, rather than the replay it's supposed to show. Black screen at the start of halftime/postgame highlight packages (like it's taking too long to load. Crowd still sounds like a morgue at the default broadcast setting (turning it up to 100 does still help).
But the game did not crash. I'd say I've been on a 1/4 chance of a freeze before this update, so it'll probably become clear pretty quickly whether anything was done there.
Commentary did not cut out, but that only happened to me in one game pre-patch.
As I said before I'd be very surprised if a patch this early addressed anything other than crash issues. The more in-game related fixes will be coming later.

Amusingly, I did get this in my game - I know I've seen complaints in the main forum about players not sweating. Not sure if it was an issue on PC. This was on full 12 min periods btw.

I think ts a video setting update. my game was running super smooth, but not as detailed. so I quit the game and checkled the video game settings and alot of the settings were changedComment

they add the new 2015/16 socks, but seems to work only on My Career... and all teams are playing with Away Socks
#edit - I simulate this games vs Lakers, and when I back to My Career menu I was using the standard socks, go to play and both teams was using standard socks. I don't know wtf happened :/
