How do I even get vc for doing the activities like interacting with teammates and 5 dunks in a row? I left the gym and got no vc

Is there a door I'm supposed to walk out of to get the vc? I don't understand

ok well u didnt answer my question....

did it give you an achievement/trophy?

Did it actually unlock the gold version of it?

it seems to be unlocking the trophy on ps4 but not the achievement on xb1, can anybody confirm?

i just got the gold on xb1 and no achievement....

does it show the gold badge in your attributes page or does it show the cogwheel looking badge for it? For me it only shows like the personality trait one
