You gotta get good grades and win honestly. Running with randoms isn't gonna help neither. 4 days ago I was at pro 4 and -12 games, got fed up then decided to play smarter(I used to chuck a lot) and play with my friends. Now I'm like +110 games over .500 and now I'm like 20-15% from All-star 3. It's just like 2K15, good grades and wins are key to ranking up. They messed up with the pro-am thing imo, I'd rather have the rec. Rec was the best way to rank up if you got a good squad.
