So, I decided to start up another manager/career mode with Lille and noticed that it said their weekly wages at the screen when you choose your team is $851,000 (I'm using US currency), but when I get into career mode it is only around $90,000. I am having trouble signing players and retaining players at the end of their contracts. Any way to help increase the weekly wage?

Example: I'm at the Winter transfer window in my 2nd season. I have $42 million available for transfers, but only $69,000 for wages. Nearly impossible to sign a player.
