NHL 15 2015-2016 Season

It's Opening Night and here we go with updated rosters to go with it.

This current save will have updated Nhl AHL SHL Liiga Del Nla and KHL leagues. I did re edit all the players in the NHL and AHL and quite a few players throughout the various leagues to better play along to their skill level..( No more John Scott with two goal games) ....The AHL though will still utilize the older setup from last year with affiliations making the next GM save i post that much easier to process. I have edited jersey numbers and captains to all leagues. I do have more goalie edits to complete in the SHL and the Khl (also adding more players to teams in KHL) but this is a very solid save that I've been working months on.. Hope you enjoy....

To download this save i am posting the nhlview file.... to get this to work open horizon and have a roster save on your usb stick.... Click on the save and then in the upper right hand corner is a contents folder click that . then on roster and a bunch of numbers right click and select replace and then rehash and resign and your ready to go......

I do plan on continuing on and completing out the junior leagues and having them updated within the next two weeks and all around work on the leagues.

I tried the file via modio and as I mentioned it won´t work. I know that´s a NHL view file, so I´m asking if you please could put up the full roster save?? I´ve worked a view times with horizon but it made me crazy =).....I like modio better

Dude, this roster is incredible!!! The directions you provided for Horizon worked like a charm. I mostly enjoy "play now" games - so this was a tremendous file you did. Thanks!!

I'm sorry I think you'll have to download horizon to utilize, it is an easy and quick download at least.... Thank you mkharsh and thank you for all the amazing baseball work you've done, I put a lot of time the past month.... I saw someone with a great idea on their save utilizing the Czech league to hold prospects, ncaa, KHL players and such so that you can utilize the gm mode instead of hiding thousands of players so I'm going to email him and make sure it's ok if I copy the idea and utilize this save to be the one and only with updates so I'm not wasting time doing double duty..... I'm currently fixing the ahl accommodating all the cuts and moves and if I go ahead with cutting out the Czech league I'll add more echl players into free agency and obviously really buff up the draft prospects and have a full listing of players associates to teams...

alkostopolus - When I turn my xbox on, I get a message that my roster file is corrupted and cannot be used. Do you know what I'm doing wrong? I thought I followed the correct steps through horizon.

Did you take a previous roster file and put in on your sub stick? You must copy my save file and replace it over your old roster file then you must rehash and resign... Might be the last step didn't happen..

I clicked on the roster name i created. Hit the contents tab, right clicked on the long file name, hit replace, found the file you provided. It said it was succesfully replaced. Then I hit save/rehash/resign. Then took my usb to the xbox. once logged into nhl 16, first thing that pops up is the corrupt file. Were those the correct steps?

last year I remember I had the same problem when the guy sent the file as .rar. He sent another roster update that was .db and I was able to upload that file with no issues. Do you think that is the same reason? I'm not savy when it comes to these file extension types

Just to chime in. Check you 2 id numbers in horizon. I have had situations where I replace the "contents" and then the id changes from mine to the person's the new "contents" came from.

Double check those numbers.

Alkostopolus, this roster is AWESOME. I downloaded it this afternoon when I got home from work, and with your directions for Horizon, was able to get it to work perfectly. Going in, I wasn't sure how many rookie CAP's would be in the file, so I was giddy with excitement when I saw the likes of Colton Parayko and Jordan Schmaltz on the Chicago Wolves roster, and Auston Matthews in the NLA! You clearly put in a ton of work on this file, and I can't thank you enough.. I didn't want to upgrade to the Legacy Edition since it's basically a $65 roster update, so this couldn't have worked out better.

One question, I'd like to do a little bit of editing on my end in NHL View (AHL team names, line combinations, etc.).. Would that do anything to corrupt my file?? I don't think I've ever edited a file that originally came from someone else, so I want to make sure I won't screw anything up before I get to editing... (still kind of a newbie to NHL View)

If you guys are struggling to get it to work, one suggestion: extract the file out of the zip folder and put it on your desktop. When you click on "contents" (the file that YOU have on your usb stick) - just use his file that you extracted onto your desktop and then hit the rehash/resign button.

Is it in any way possible to take this file and convert it into NHL Legacy 16 or does that become a problem with player ID numbers, etc?
