I'm enjoying going into MyLeauge. Turning on existing trades, then setting contract negotiation and trade difficulty to 95. Then take the Brooklyn Nets. You'll have only 2 first round picks in 2 years and it's gonna be hard to dump salary. However the Meta arnt awful. You could take over philly and just give away draft picks then try to rebuild from that I guess

I'm waiting for opening day rosters to be set first, but I plan on doing a MyGM with Philly. I love playing with Okafor on this game. Embiid is nice too. Along with Noel, that's a nice frontcourt to build around. I want to play with the real world injuries to start my season, so I won't have Embiid until Season 2. I'm going to focus on picking up a PG and SG in the first draft.

Can I be a "typical" Laker fan and say the Lakers? Between ownership, legacy loyalty and contractual realities, the Lakers should be very hard to rebuild properly for the next 5 years or so.

Now that I've dissed my own team, I'd like to point to the Kings and jump up and down there. 2K may not be able to replicate ownership quirks but this ownership seriously floated the idea that an NBA team should pursue a Cherry-picking strategy to win.

They have good people (West, etc) in place but will they actually listen?

I do not know East as well. sorry.

I think Philly is the worst team on paper in the league. So if you're looking for a challenge they're it. Brooklyn would be another. Hell, the Knicks too.

Nets without a doubt. No explanation needed.

Denver is in pretty rough shape. No one to build around. They have some picks but it's pretty ugly even with Mudiay.

Cut Carmelo then rebuild the knicks. Not trade but CUT!!! The ultimate challenge.
Playing NBA 2K feels like a job that pays minimum wage and then cuts your pay when you get your Bill's right to make it even harder to succeed. I do not like this game but it's the only one in town.

I have a friend who does stuff like trade Westbrook, Durant and Ibaka for 5 first rounders, a decent back up point guard and a bag of Doritos. Then calls me on a Saturday morning to talk about it but will not play a game online against another human being to save his life.

Id have to say the Nets. They are mediocre right now and have very few picks. Id say flip lopez and Iso Joe into some picks and servicable starters.

This guy definitely likes to be punished. I admire his moxie. No way in hell those picks will be worth it if they're auto generated, the only way to play imo.
