I use 2K's rosters as they are the only ones I trust using their new ratings formula for 2k16. I also use game generated draft classes for that very reason. I do not use position locks and would recommend against using them as well. Feel free to adjust your Coach Gameplan, Playbook, Training, etc. Do not have more FA signings than any other AI team has done during the season.
