How do you resize and upload images and logos to 2K.com?

Can anyone help me with a step by step on how to resize a jpeg to 1:1, 2:1, and 4:1 as it suggests on the 2k site? I cant seem to use any of my jpegs as they are now.

Also, if I create a logo on ppt, is there a way to convert the ppt slide to a jpeg?

Dunno about ppt, but at this site:
    • to resize a file use Edit --> Resize Canvas if you want to maintain aspect ratios for your file and just add some extra background for file size.
    • to make background transparent use Edit --> Transparent
    • For me the 2k site won't accept jpegs. Use this linked to to change file format to png and that will upload successfully. File --> Convert File Format

What site do you have to go to in order to upload images?

go to https://www.nba2k.com/, log in with your network (xbox one, PSN, steam account) and then upload the images. When you're putting a MyTeam together, all your logos would be under my uploads or images or logos (i forget what it is actually called) but I believe you have to R2 over to it in the game itself.

The size I chose to use when I create my logos for 2k tees is 512 x 512, transparent and save in .png format.
