Second Managers Challenge

Has anyone either won their managers challenge--- or known the call was going to stand and waived off the challenge, and been given a second opportunity to challenge another call in the same game? I have had plays that were very close at 1b and I would want reviewed, but never get prompted a second time despite having my challenge remaining.

Yes, I've had two review opportunities several times in both situations you mention above. It does happen.

I've actually had the three. The second was so ridiculous, I didn't challenge. Shortly thereafter I got my third. I've never seen a computer challenge overturned or a challenge after the 6th inning.
