    Fred Hoiberg

Just curious to know what should the coaching profile be for Fred Hoiberg? They have it at neutral offense but should it be pick n roll instead? Or maybe Shoot at Will?

    I'd say shoot at will

You're combining elements from two different categories

Okay so I figure offensive focus should be neutral.
        Offensive tempo: shoot at will

At Iowa State he ran high tempo, multi-pass, multi 3-point shooter offense. Ran a lot of high PF/ SF screens at the top of the key to PG/ SG and had the screener pop out for 3's and not roll to the hoop.

They were tops in the nation at points per game and assists per game. Just remember, the Mayor would want you to shoot early and often!

Theoretically the way his offense should work for the Chicago Bulls is to get a lot of 3s and also open up a lot of lanes to drive to the paint. So far the team seems to be stuck with Thib's offense in their heads, so there is not much off ball movement that Fred likes.

Within the confines of what the game allows, shoot at will and get shooters open I guess would be the way to go, since you can't combine POEs.

Agree with what everyone is saying here.

                Offensive POE:
                GET SHOOTERS OPEN*
                SHOOT AT WILL*
User Preference for rebounding (I use some crash, others get back)

                Defensive POE:
                User Preference
                User Preference
                RUN IN TRANSITION*
"A basket make one guy happy...assist, two guys happy."
