For somebody who played and liked NBA 2k15 a lot, should I get this game?
Guys, last nba2k was probably my most played game the last 12 months, played it so much that I grew even somewhat tired of it in the end lol. Now I'm wondering if this years game will feel fresh enough to justify a purchase for somebody like me. Is it really that major improvement? How do the MyGm/MyLeague modes (franchise mode only player here) look like compared to last year?Spending time with Jesus!

If you have the extra money I say go for it. Spike Lee ruined MyCareer, MyGM is the exact same as its always been. 2k16 does have its fair share of flaws but all in all, I wouldn't spend 60 dollars on it, save your money for when the price drops and this game is more stableComment

I don't know if it will feel totally fresh for you if you just spent 12 months playing a basketball game. It's ultimately the same foundation as before, just with incremental improvements. BUT there's no doubt that this game is the best basketball ever made. It's definitely better than 2k15 imo. It's the game we all dreamed about in 2005.
I agree that Spike Lee's involvement with MyCareer ruined it. The storyline and the basketball games/results don't feel connected at all. I abandoned that mode this year. I'm all about MyLeague.
MyGM mode is really good. But i mean it's just the same mode as last year but with a bunch of little improvements that add up.
I would get the game, it's really good, but just make sure you manage your expectations.Comment
