This is an opportunity to play with a team that is not yet in NCAA 14 and take them from hopeless newbies to championship contenders. Whether your team is an FCS powerhouse or a small school with a hypothetical football team, this dynasty is open to anyone who has created a school and would like to play with them in a dynasty.
Keep in mind this is a hypothetical situation where your school is in its debut season as a FBS football program, so schools should have fairly unimpressive rosters. To be eligible, teams will have to adopt another 1-2 star teams roster, or if you really want a challenge, take the cupcake default roster. I would be willing to make adjustments for a big name team like NDSU and other big name FCS programs. I would also review rosters and program info for all teams to ensure no team has a big recruiting advantage.
All schools will start in a non power 5 conference based on the schools location. Teams can make the jump into a power 5 conference if their resume proves they are deserving.
I'm open to suggestions for sliders and will test out a few popular ones I've seen on these forums.
There would be 3 or 4 user games a year if scheduling allows it.

Mount Marty College is a small liberal arts school in Yankton, South Dakota on a bluff overlooking the Missouri River. They sell shirts that read "MMC Football-Undefeated since 1936" but that is because the school has never had a football program. The location is smack dab between Mountain West schools and MAC schools, so either conference suits this team.
