I'll see how the injuries are going this week before I make a prediction. Eifert, Iloka, and Hall all missed last week. We need as healthy of a secondary as possible to contain this Pitt offense.

Week 14: Pittsburgh Steelers (7-5) @ Cincinnati Bengals (10-2)
This can be for the AFC North crown as a Bengals W clinches the division for them. Pittsburgh looks better then the last time we played them, a 16-10 Bengals victory. I'd almost rather lose this game because if we end up playing them in the playoffs, beating a team 3x in one year is very difficult. Pitt's offense looks good but our D is playing lights out, giving up just 12.3 PPG in the last six games since Burfict's return.

It's going to be a GREAT one. Division crown on the line, big playoff implications for both teams, rivals who HATE each other...it needs to be Sunday already.Comment

Re: Week 14: Pittsburgh Steelers (7-5) @ Cincinnati Bengals (10-2)
Pretty sure I have to be an anti-Steelers fan for the rest of the season, even though they're an exciting bunch on offense and have fought through injuries all season.
Bengals have been defying the critics so far this season so here's hoping they do it again. These teams are close enough in standing that this result could still really matter in terms of the AFC North placement so there shouldn't be any relaxing on Cincy's end. They've won the North a few times now so they know how to do it.NHL - Philadelphia Flyers
NFL - Buffalo Bills
MLB - Cincinnati Reds

Re: Week 14: Pittsburgh Steelers (7-5) @ Cincinnati Bengals (10-2)
I mean I know Ben was coming back from injury the last time we played, but we held them to 10 points in their house. We will be down our best corner this game though and possibly our starting SS so who knows. But Burfict is much healthier now and has been the key to our defense since his return so I won't be surprised at all if this is another defensive slugfest. Everyone predicted a high-scoring game the first time around and it ended 16-10.Comment

This game WILL come down to the Bengals ability to defend the Steelers passing offense.
If the Bengals secondary can hold up, they will win in my opinion. If the Steelers can throw with effect, then they will make a run at the win.Comment

Re: Week 14: Pittsburgh Steelers (7-5) @ Cincinnati Bengals (10-2)
It seems every analyst out there has picked Pittsburgh to win. So I'm going to pick Cincy to win. They are 14-1-1 in their last 16 home games that start at 1 PM et. Though that one loss was last year to Pitt...
Everyone expected a shootout the last time and it was 16-10. I'm going to say this time around 27-24 Bengals.Comment

Shocking, I know.
Good news for us is Iloka and Hall are playing so the secondary is really only missing Adam Jones. Makes me feel much more confident having those two in. Plus Eifert is playing as well, so yeah. Gonna be a good game.Comment
