Fisher signed with the Dolphins and McCarthy signed with the Saints. The Rams finished 4-12 and the Packers finished 8-8 last season so that's probably why those coaches were fired from their teams. I really hope EA adds real life coaches next year because now there's just created coaches for the Packers, Titans, Rams, and Giants.
