Dynamic rivalries?

So if you have a couple of eventful or tough games against a team a new rivalry could grow and then develop.

A close run playoff series for example with a couple of flagrant a thrown in..... Could make future regular season games have a playoff atmosphere.

Or a star demands a trade so when you play his new team the fans and players get extra fired up....?

Trades
1. Ability to trade draft rights to players during the draft, we shouldn’t have to hope for a team to offer the rookie you want via trade finder.
2. The ability to trade away/trade for players in return for cash considerations.
Rosters
1. Bring back the ability to assign roles to members of your team.
**5 starters, 1 sixth man, and the number on role players should depend on how many players on in your rotation.
2. If your roster isn’t full by the time the summer league ends you should be able to look at the players stats and sign players directly off of summer league rosters.
3. Bring back d league AND add euro league. (don’t have to be playable)
Free Agency
1. Give us the ability to do sign and trades during free agency.
2. While interviewing the player give us the opportunity to tell them which role they will be playing, instead of just blindly asking about the team role and their response is “I don’t see any players on this roster stopping me from where I want to be” what does that even mean? Lol
3. More big name players should test free agency. Kevin Durant doesn’t even think about testing the Free Agent Market in the off season.
4. Big name players should not be the first to sign during free agency, most of the bigger players don’t sign until the middle of free agency.
5. Euro league players not on contract should be available in free agency.
Rebranding/Relocation
1. Instead of having a team relocation tab on the task bar, it should be renamed or placed in the mygm tab. Then separated to two different categories, one being rebrand the other being relocate.
2. Rebranding you should only have the option of Team Branding, Design Court, and Design Uniform.
3. Relocation options should be the same as this year.
Draft Classes
1. Ability to put tattoos on CAP
2. Ability to put a suffix on the players name, ex. (Sr. Jr. III, IV)
3. Ability to add player face by uploading picture to the website. (similar to WWE 2K16)
4. Option to delete players that are unnecessary players and add players from current Euro League rosters.

-Edit draft classes after season begins
-Edit generated player appearances after they've entered the league
-Young players with high potentials should ask for larger contracts
-Players that were recently cut from their team or didn't log many minutes in recent seasons should sign for very low contracts (minimum to maybe 1 mil a year)
-Year to Year team records
-Year to Year playoff stats in player card
-Per 36 minutes/per 100 possessions toggle in player card

Most of these have been mentioned but wanted to throw in my opinion as well:

1) At the beginning of ML you can replace current teams with historic teams. Once you make all of your selections, you should have the ability to move the players on ALL teams not used into the free agency pool.

2) Increase the ALL Time leaders listing in the various stats category. That would allow you to see the progression of current players up the all-time leaders lists. I'd say at least a top 10 in each category, top 25 would be even better. Right now it just lists the leader.

3) Ability to import ML from 2k16 to 2k17...including relocations, customizations (uniforms, arena, etc).

4) Allow alternate jersey creations for relocated/rebranded teams.

When getting a new coach, that coach should have his own playbook. For example, if I get Gregg Popovich to coach the Lakers, we should not be using Byron Scott's plays.

Sad part about is that the playbooks are related to teams so you can't customize other than editing one playbook.

There should be a create playbook and assign so that we can get to use every other game modes.

Customization in terms of offensive strategies ( playbooks, POE, defensive schemes, ACE etc. ) Should be customizable on user end so that we can create and use our own schemes in MyLeague Online, Offline or MyGm

1. Hopefully Czar and his team are able to make coach philosophy's portable. It really adds a new diminsion. That way teams can really take on the feel of their new coach. Also, add coach records and stuff. It'd be cool to be playing in like 2025 and have the announcers acknowldge that Kerr has 3 or 4 chips.

2. I'm happy the promos for upcoming games is gone between quarters. However, I would still love to see them advertised in the bottom corner of the screen like it was done in 2k11 (I believe). It could be just a generic graphic with the announcers dropping a quick line about the teams.

3.Speaking or advertisements. I would really like to see the MyPlayer shoe and endorsement commercials in Myleague between quarters. Only featuring the start player of the MyLeague instead of the MyCareer guy.

4. Draft Classes. After thinking about it, I would really like to see prospects handled more like recruits in College Hoops 2K. Make them editable, of course. But we could have all the players available to scout, or just look at and track their stats/progress. That way, I can track a college freshman who has the tools I like even though he may not come out til 3 years down the line in 2019. At least I could be familiar with him and the other players over a span of years as opposed to a new batch every year. Juniors and Seniors would feel like a crap shoot either as we will be able to see what they have done over the span of a few years in college.

4). If we cant get unlimited relocations or rebrands, we all would love increase in numbers at least lol

The Little things:
-When a coach ask for something, give us the option to say maybe instead of just yes and no
-Maybe during press interviews there can be follow up questions
-Championship banners in the arenas
-Ability to retire jerseys
-Players coming out of retirement after retiring at an early age

Now this is what I've been saying every time I play through my seasons. I wish they would show the Division Championship banners and the NBA Championship banners with the year it is one in Our GM mode or My League this way it gives us avreal life feel added to a great game. Asking us if a player retire that played 8 or more seasons with us if we would like to retire his number would b real. They also need to go deep with the Draft classes and add awards won and the year it was won in the Draft classes profiles. If we make our own classes we should b able to add what injury any player has suffered and awards won As well as Championships won with the year as well. So when we share it that our scout will knw who is who. As we scout we kan look at any players profile of his award history in college. Bring over the Tattoos from my Player mode and add to them in My GM and My League Draft Classes so we kan put then on our players as we make them. Make it so we kan go edit and add tats to Fictional Players.

Just some suggestions
-Touches should fluid based on who else is on the roster or make it easier/quicker to edit touches (shot tendency can remain as is because some players will chuck it no matter who they play for, josh and j.r. smith)
-Sim stats improvement. PIP,assists, blocks, steals, rebounds. Sim engine needs some tweaking as well..too many 140-70 games and such
-Incorporate substitution patterns i.e. star players get rest at the beginning of the 2nd and end of 3rd. Also allow for there to be an "end of game team" to allow for players who come off the bench to finish games
-Improvement in the progression of created/drafted player tendencies cant be stressed enough
-more graphic overlays during the game:
-a player's stat line shown after every bucket like on tv
- player's season stats shown while at the free throw line
- Develop some generic commentary about star players that can be applied to the best players once you advance into the future. Commentary about the top picks in the draft would be nice as well
- Maybe add a screen in the offseason that shows additions and departures for each team; who they drafted, signed, and traded etc.
-Sometimes the minutes you allocate in the gameplan screen do not transfer over. Hard to get star players to average 35+ minutes a game
-Increase day to day fatigue for older players that play heavy minutes so theyll eventually need to be rested i.e. spurs

The potential for this is there with the 'Lineup Performance Factor' slider in the coach settings. Players getting paid for what they've actually done in the league would be a huge step forward.

-Defensive Setting Presets
For coaches who want to limit perimeter shots for example, they should have their defensive settings automatically set to have their guys going over screens

-Ability to create coaches from scratch

-Generated Players being added to the Coaching Carousel (is this already in? I haven't seen this yet)

This is golden. Should definitely be incorporated into the game. Will help solve some contract ideas. Great idea
