It's much easier with practice. I depending on the minutes I try and put my 6th man in at the half point of the first quarter. And then a minute after my bench. At the start of the 2nd quarter I keep my bench in until the halfway point then my started for the rest of that quarter. 3rd quarter comes around I do the same as I did in the first.
