I have off sides at 65

I have false start at 51 (for me false start is prett sensitive)

I get the CPUC offsides 1 per game maybe, it's not often.

I also had to be sure to give ALL of my O-line and D-line "balanced" penalty rating in the XP packages section. Otherwise they would commit false start and offsides all the time. (guys on my team I'm not controlling I mean)
