Prefer the feeling of slow speed more tbh, with speed parity 45 maximum, but not sure if that effects other aspects of gameplay, so I reverted back to normal speed with 50 parity as that's default and what everyone seems to be rolling with. If anything, normal speed is probably slightly more challenging as you're having to make quicker decisions, which is a positive.
