Best of the 1990s

My Best of 2000s roster is so close to being done and this is what I have planned next. This will be the last of the decade series no 80s sorry mostly because I was born in 90s and don't know much about that time and expansion teams was a another one. I had a thread that had the team list so far and this is the completed one. I am sticking with 97 Bulls. Hopefully u guys r looking forward to this, I am and it will be fun making it. I will add done when I am finished the team, I am kind of cheating when saying done because I still will have some CAPS left but it's close to finished. Any team switches or any questions plz reply. Blazers, suns nuggets and raps done will be working sometimes while still working on best of 00s and then will be working way more on it when done the best of 00s

My project got overwritten but luckily I had one saved that had 13 teams done so I Finshed the 7 I had done but got overwritten and I hope to get 1-3 done before I call it a day
