I hope that that is true, but I also hope they let us do mixed weight class fights between adjacent classes offline.

Event mode has mixed classes offline. I dont believe that is the case with exhibitions.

It seems odd that they wouldn't put it in exhibition if it is in event mode, but I'll mostly be using event mode anyway so it's overall good news.

If you can say, are the 'mixed classes' the same as online mixed classes? I doubt they're open weight, as much fun as that was in the THQ game that had that bug, haha.

Combine the 250+ fighters with Skynet and aholbert32's quotes on:
- Better situational awareness
- Improved tendencies system
- Better assigned movesets (more animations/moves)
- Fighting style templates and the ability to have more than one assigned to fighter AI

and this is shaping up to be my dream single player experience.

I dont know but its not openweight. You cant have a flyweight fight a heavyweight. Its not even like Fight Night where you could fight the level above or below you. It depends on the grouping. For example, WWs can fight LWs but WWs cant fight MWs.

Yeah he's a good one. Ferguson and Barboza will be a ton of fun as well. There are so many really.

I never play online as i'm just not good enough lol so a huge roster, event mode and solid gameplay tweaks is more than enough for me. This game can't come out soon enough.

250+ but online you will only fight against mcgregor and Jon jones so...

They could take measures to incentivize using lesser fighters, such as matchmaking based on a fighter's OVR. I expect that the UT mode will somehow make you use some non-stars at least some of the time.
