What records have you broken in your franchise or a single game? just curious

I broke most rushing yards in a season and rushing TDs with J. Charles when I was with the Chiefs. Alex Smith got hurt 3 different time during the season so I had to rely on him.

I don't think I broke any, and that is excellent in my opinion. I use the Ravens and if we were breaking records then there is a problem somewhere.

Broke most td's passing in single season game along with most td's caught also most catches in one game just happened today in my cfm.

Both were done by 2 rookies I drafted second yr in my cfm.

Also broke most receptions in season and yards...with Antonio gates I signed him when barnidge went down with injury in pre season.

Personally, I've played Madden since the original and here are the records I've broken.

Season sacks: 27 by Justin Houston.

TD passes in a game: 8 by Marcus Mariota

TD receptions in a game (tie): 5 by Dorial Green Beckham, Jr.

This is an unofficial stat, but I also recorded 21 total tackles in a single game with Wesley Woodyard, who was a student of mine as a Freshman at Kentucky, so that was a special treat.

Most passing yards in a game. Redskins Secondary was pretty much all injured and Bradford lit them up all game only beat it by a few yards though. Haven't been close to any other record or seen anyone near them during the season.

What do you teach?

English. I had Wesley in Freshman Composition at UK while I was a graduate student there. He was a really good student and a really hard worker.

In Madden 15 I kept breaking the sacks/season with Watt, ending with like 30+ sacks. That's been fixed in Madden 16, I got 17 sacks one season with Watt. He retired in 2023, his successor is an 8 year pro that just had 15.5 sacks in the 2024 season.

I haven't broke many records, at least not #1, in my M16 cfm. I've made top 10 in plenty... I beat the most receiving yards a season, by a single player. My TE had like 2,000+ yards, and came 3rd place with most receptions.

In my old Texans CFM before I started my new one JJ Watt broke the single season sack record, he also got close to single game I think the closest was 5.5 sacks.

In my new CFM nearly broke the single game safety record was 1 away from either tying the record or breaking it cant remember

Breaking records sucks because the announcers repeat the same dialogue every time you complete a pass. For the rest of the season they will say the same lines over and over. Makes you wish you had never broken the record. If you break a record that is a sign that you are playing at a difficulty level that is too easy for you.

136/1987/22 with Dez Bryant in season 1 of my franchise. So this is 2nd/1st/2nd for a single season WR.

I cant get the run game going well enough to break any rushing records and when I do my RB goes down.

Passing or receiving records I cant break cause I spread the ball around to much. Rarley do I have a guy with more then 80 catches. Normally have about 3-4 guys between 45-80.
