Even if it isn't real I hope that it gives EA or 2K an indication of how much we want another NCAA Football game.

They already know we want a college football game. That's not the problem. EA would still be pumping out college football games if not for the lawsuit.Comment

Just give me a new college football game with generic rosters (that we can edit), but no roster share. Is that too much to ask?

Updated OP with a bit of perspective.
Doubt its anything but if you are going to do an ad to announce a game that'd be coming out this year or next, you'd probably do it when the most people are watching that particular sport.
But with that said, there's just very little chance EA's been able to keep such a thing a secret...plus they seem to be outright denying it means anything. But who knows.
To be fair, 2K was able to keep college basketball in their NBA game a secret pretty well. The only reason we found out that was happening is because I found the licensing on the CLC website which they proceeded to remove and never put back there to this day.

It's a weird thing to post for a national championship game though isn't it? The heart rate monitor is weak at best, showing the patient is still alive even thought the pulse isn't strong, wtf does that have to do with the real title game tonight?Comment

Re: NCAA Football's Facebook Page Gets the World's Hopes Up...For Nothing?
It has nothing to do with the national title game and everything to do with the game being brought back.
People are being way too naive here.
Guess what? That post did not have a caption originally. They edited it after it blew up. It was just the video. EA releasing 3 "statements" frantically, essentially confirms that something is coming.
Why would an account that has been silent for nearly two years post about a game tonight that's not even the first playoff championship game?
Newsflash: million dollar companies lie all the time. This is a case of damage control.
It may not be next year, but a new game is coming. I wouldn't be surprised if this was to draw extra eyes to the game tonight in case they air some kind of ad for it.GO BLUE!

They could have just posted a poll asking who we thought would win tonight if it were about tonight's game. I call shenanigans.-Signature Block-Comment
