    CPU during late game situations

Just a couple things im wondering about the CPU late in games. And these are some things not many people might think about.

    1) If the game is basically over, no possible way of a cpu comeback (ex. Too big score difference, not enough time left, etc.) im still noticing the CPU will burn their TOs they have left (almost always all 3) thinking they still have a shot. Not a game breaker at all, in reality it doesn't really matter, just a minor gripe I have, a minor annoyance.

And 2) Will the CPU ever call timeouts during the game? Not late in game when it's necessary, but during the middle of a game, maybe due to play clock winding down or anything like that. I guess I could possibly fix this by lowering accel. clock, but is this the only way?

    1. Are you sure that is the case? in the few cpu games i have played in my online leagues, the cpu didn't bother to call timeouts when they were down big at the end of the game.

    2. I have NEVER seen the cpu call a timeout other than right before halftime, and right before the end of the game. not even once. I have also never seen the cpu get a delay of game penalty, or even come close to one for that matter.

I have seen the cpu get delay of game penalties. it wasn't so much of the cpu being late it was more like a glitch where the cpu never snaps the ball and the playclock expires.

I've seen the cpu get a delay of game call a few times. Doesn't happen a lot, that's for sure.

Ive actually seen this once too. It was really bizarre, but I just let it happen.

And if the score is REALLY out of hand they wont call timeouts, but if i have first down inside 1:00, CPU has 1 timeout left, 2 score game, they WILL call that last one, even though the game is over.
