Can someone please help me? 2 issues I'm having w/ uploading images. 1. I cannot get the image to upload without the background. I was told to save in .png which I do. But when I save it a pop comes up and states "saving image will lose transparency"? So when it's uploaded I get a black background. 2. How do you get images to upload in correct proportion? It needs to be a 1:1 ratio which distorts the image (ex. "New York"). Yet when I look at images others have uploaded the proportions are correct. Thanks
