Why can't we see our MyPlayer's name instead of our PSN name?

In 2k14, when you're running around the park it shows the name of your myPlayer, so we know it's possible.

Considering everyone wishes they could change their PSN name - I feel like this would be a great things (all games should do it).

Or even just display both if you really want a PSN name shown.

It's what separates everyone from each other. Can you imagine how many John Smith's there would be? It would be a pain to tell them apart. At least with gamer tags, no two will be identical. I definitely appreciate what you are saying, but it would create a ton of issues when it comes to identifying people.

Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock (Wii)
    Transformers: War For Cybertron (DS)
    Guitar Hero 5 (Wii)
    Band Hero (Wii)
    MUA2 (PS3/XBox 360)
    Hax Attacks (iPad/iPhone)

      It wasn't a problem in 2k14.

Also, I thought it was cool to see the "characters" people would come up with. I saw a squad of dudes who dressed up like Ryu, Ken, and Guile from Street Fighter - with their names as that too.

      Was more fun
