Disagree, kicking the FG was a viable option and was what I would have done.

Your defense did a great job shutting down the Broncos in the second half and there was nearly 6 minutes remaining in the game. Though I'm a certified Patriot ***** I had little doubt Brady would have been able to put them in scoring position again.

Hindsight is 20/20 and all. But yes, you are wrong. There was zero reason to kick a field goal down by 8 when it was 4th and 1 inside your opponent's 20 yard line. The second time, the clock dictated the decision to go for it and it was also the correct decision.

This is my biggest beef with analytics especially in a situation such as this. No where does it account for having your 4th and 5 string OTs in and having watched them get demolished for 55 minutes same with the beating your interior oline and the 44 yards you rushed for. It might as well have been 4th and 10 given what I had been watching.

That said, once they decided not to go for it, the second 4th down is a mute point. Sando it right to say that we don't know what would've happened. But its not like Denvers offense had done much in the second half and you had all three time outs. Right or wrong I would've kicked the first FG.

I'm not trying t be stubborn or start an e-War but I'm not convinced I'm wrong.

I really think you kick a fg on either of those 4th downs with the way the game was going. Mayb the 4th and 1 I could see why u to for it
